I was unable to activate my account

As soon as you finish registration, an activation link email will be sent to the email address which you used to create your player account.

Make sure that you entered a valid email address when you created your account and check all the sections of your email address (Inbox, Spam, Junk, Promotions, Social, etc.).

If you have not received the link, please contact our customer support and request a new activation link.

exclamationRemember! The new link is valid for 24 hours.

 

If you have registered with the wrong email address, you will no longer be able to activate your account on your own and you will need to follow the procedure explained in the section “How can I update my personal data in my Superbet account?”
