Reasons you can't sign in to your account may be:
1. Forgot password/ username
If you have forgotten your password or username, all you have to do is access the LOGIN button on the top right.
In the window that opens click on FORGOT PASSWORD?
To reset your password fill in the email address used to create your player account and press SEND.
You will receive an email with the link for resetting the password.
If your account has been blocked due to entering the wrong password, you need to contact our customer support to unlock it.
2. You have excluded yourself
Once you have requested exclusion, you will no longer be able to access your account. Under current law, you can request that your account be reopened at least 6 months after the restriction.
3. The account has been blocked because you have not completed the verification process for the payment methods used for the deposit
4. You are trying to login from a restricted country
5. You may not be able to login due to cookies or caching, even though your credentials are correct. To be able to authenticate, please delete the cookies and clear the cache.
