What to do if my document has expired?

If the document you submitted for verification is expired, you will need to submit a valid document to complete the process.

  1. Update the document: Make sure you have an up-to-date document.
  2. Perform identity verification:
    • Go to the identity verification section in your account.
    • Do facial recognition
    • Choose one of the accepted documents (RG, CNH, CIN, passport) and upload it.
  3. Wait for the validation and you will be notified once the process is complete.
