Why can't I deposit?

Check out the recommendations below for a successful deposit:

  • Ensure your deposit amount is within the minimum and maximum limits: from R$1 to R$50,000.
  • Complete the identity verification on our site.
  • Make deposits only from accounts linked to your CPF. Deposits made from third-party accounts or accounts linked to a CNPJ will be rejected.

If your deposit is declined, the amount is automatically refunded to the original account. In exceptional cases, this may take up to one business day.
