How to Verify Your Identity KYC

The identity verification process, known as KYC (Know Your Customer), was developed to protect your account and ensure that you are over 18 years old. This procedure helps prevent fraud and keeps the site environment safe for everyone.

 

 When Do You Need to Verify Your Identity?

You need to verify your identity when:

- Deposits: If you deposit BRL 10,000 or more, you will have 30 days to send the required documents. Otherwise, your account will be automatically blocked.

- Withdrawals: If you reach BRL 10,000 in withdrawals, you cannot withdraw your funds until your identity is verified. However, you can continue playing normally until the verification is completed.

 

What Documents Are Accepted?

  • Identity card
  • Passport
  • Driver's license

These documents must have personal information and a photo, making it easier to compare with your selfie.

 

Step-by-Step for Identity Verification:

 

1. Log into your account: Go to the "Identity Verification" section.

2. You will be taken to the verification screen: Here, upload the allowed documents (identity card, passport, or driver's license issued in Brazil). Make sure the photos are clear and show all corners of the documents, and your document must be on a valid date.

3. Take a Selfie: After uploading the documents, you will need to take a selfie to complete the process.

After submitting everything, you will see a message saying that your documents are being reviewed. Once the verification is complete, you will receive a notification and can use your account normally.

 How Long Does Verification Take?

Verification usually takes up to 24 hours. However, in some cases, it may take up to 36 or 72 hours due to the volume of documents or the complexity of the checks. You will be notified by email once your documents are verified. If you do not receive the notification within 72 hours, check all folders in your email (Inbox, Spam, Junk, Promotions, Social, etc.).
