If you wish to close your account, you can use the specific functionality for this. If the decision to close your account is related to personal issues with gambling, we suggest considering taking a break or opting for self-exclusion.

After confirming the account closure, you will be automatically logged out and will not be able to perform the following activities:

- Log in to your account

- Engage in any sports betting activities

- Participate in any gambling activities

- Deposit money or initiate withdrawals from your account page

 

To close your account, follow these steps:

1. While logged into your account, access the Menu available in the upper right corner.

 

2. Then, go to the Responsible Gaming tab and select Account Closure.

3. Here you will find details about account closure, step-by-step instructions for reopening, and information regarding your balance.

4. If you decide to close your account, select a reason and confirm the closure. The options are: Not interested, Not satisfied with the product, Playing with a different provider, and Other.

Reopening Your Account

As a player, you can always reopen your account. To do this, follow these steps:

1. In the login field, enter your username/email and password.

2. In the pop-up that opens, you will have the option to reopen your account. Select this option.

3. Re-enter your username/email and password for security reasons.

4. Done! You can start playing again.

 

Difference Between Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

Account Closure:  Used when the player decides to close the account for various reasons, including personal issues with gambling. After confirming the closure, all activities on the account are suspended, but the account can be reopened by following the steps mentioned above.

 

Self-Exclusion:  Recommended for players who feel they are at risk of developing gambling problems or already have a gambling problem. Once self-excluded, the account cannot be used for login or any betting or gambling activities.
