Account closure allows you to deactivate your account for personal reasons, such as preferring a break or simply not wanting to use the platform anymore. Other than self-exclusion:
- It is not linked to problems with games.
- It can be reverted at any time, just log in and follow the steps for reactivation.

Step by step to close your account
- Go to your account's main menu.
- Go to Settings > Responsible Gaming > Account Closure.
- Enter your password to confirm.
- Perform facial recognition to validate your request (if you have already gone through the account verification process).
Before you close your account, keep in mind:
- Withdraw the remaining funds: Make sure there is no balance in your account. Make a withdrawal before starting the process.
Account reopening
Remember that it is not possible to open a new account linked to the same CPF. Once closed, you can reopen the same account by contacting our support team.
