What is Cash Out?

The Cashout function offers the possibility to close an ongoing bet before its outcome is decided, depending on its value at the time of closing.

The bettor can use this option by accessing the "CASH OUT" button located in the "Tickets" section.

Cashout is visible both in the "Tickets" section, where all active tickets are located, and in each individual ticket if the player chooses to open a specific ticket.

:sunglasses: When Can I Use Cashout?

The Cashout option is most often used in one of the following situations:

  • The bet is close to winning and the player wants to close it before the events end to secure a quick and safe profit or to use the winnings to place another bet.
  • The bet is not going as expected and the player wants to close it to limit losses.
  • The player changed their mind about a placed bet and wants to close it.

Keep in mind that Cashout is not available for all types of bets. The availability of this option can be verified by the presence of the Cashout symbol next to the betting option. If the symbol is present, the Cashout function can be used on that betting option.

:bulb:General Cashout Rules

  • Bets placed using the Cashout function do not contribute to the turnover and rollover required for withdrawals of deposits and bonus balance. Only fully settled bets contribute to the turnover and rollover.

Example: A 100 BRL bonus needs to be wagered a certain number of times to become a withdrawable amount (12x). The player places a 100 BRL bet but cashes out at 80 BRL. The bonus will not be considered wagered and the rollover amount will be 0 (zero).

  • The Cashout option is only available at certain times during events. Any changes to the betting options during the event may result in the suspension or deactivation of Cashout.
  • Superbet reserves the right to limit or disable the Cashout feature at any time, regardless of the type of bet (pre-game, live, single, simple, or system). In this case, the bet will remain as originally placed.
  • Superbet does not guarantee the availability of the Cashout feature for all betting options or all customers and assumes no responsibility if Cashout is unavailable.
  • The bet amount at the time of the Cashout option may vary. Additionally, customers should be aware that the amount available for Cashout may differ from the amount displayed on the bet slip.
  • Once Cashout is successfully used for a bet, it is immediately settled and any future events related to the bet will not be considered.
  • In the case of obvious errors identified during or after an event, Superbet has the right not to pay out Cashout. If payment has already been made, Superbet may cancel the transaction and adjust the bet payment. Additionally, any attempt to repeat the bet on the same option before the error is corrected will result in the cancellation of the bets and the amounts established by Cashout.
  • The Cashout feature cannot be used on bets made with bonus money but is available for free bets.
  • In the case of bets made with free bet balance, the free bet amount is already deducted from the amount displayed when using the Cashout function.

Example: A player uses the Cashout function on a 30 BRL bet with free bet balance at an odd of 5.00. The maximum potential prize would be 120 BRL (30 BRL x

5.00 - 30 BRL). If the amount displayed by Cashout is 110.14 BRL, the bet amount has already been deducted, and the entire prize will be credited to the player's balance.

Cashout on SuperBonus

The Cashout feature is also valid for bet slips that qualify for the SuperBonus offer. However, the amount paid using the Cashout option will be calculated based only on the potential prize, excluding the SuperBonus offer.

Cashout on Bet Builder

Bets created using the Bet Builder functionality qualify for Cashout only for pre-match bets, provided all selections in the bet qualify.

Cashout on Free Bets

For bets made with free bet balance, the free bet amount is already deducted from the amount displayed when using the Cashout function.

Example: A player uses the Cashout function on a 30 BRL bet with free bet balance at an odd of 5.00. The maximum potential prize would be 120 BRL (30 BRL x 5.00 - 30 BRL). If the amount displayed by Cashout is 110.14 BRL, the bet amount has already been deducted, and the entire prize will be credited to the player's balance.
