If you are having problems with the app, please do the following checks:
- Make sure you've migrated to the new version of the app. Available from January 1st.
- Check your internet connection.

4. If you have the latest version and are still having problems, we suggest you uninstall and reinstall the app and then restart your device.

- Internet connection (Wi-Fi or LTE)
- Screenshot with the error
- Mobile operator
- Operating System Version
