Why is my withdrawal pending?

Withdrawals can be pending for a number of reasons such as problems with our payment provider or with your bank.

If your withdrawal appears in the "pending" history, it will change its status after the transaction is authorized in the system.

Please note that withdrawals are accepted/authorized after certain checks carried out by the specialized departments, in accordance with the legislation in force as well as with the accepted terms and conditions. 

If the withdrawal is pending for more than 24 hours, please contact colleagues from the Customer Support Team.
