The phone number verification process is designed to protect your account and will be mandatory from January 1, 2025 to continue playing on our platform. If you have already done this check, you will not need to repeat it.
To verify your phone number, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "My Account" option > You will see the "Phone Number Verification" option.
2. The next screen will show which phone number the code that must be entered in the blank field was sent to. If you do not receive the code by SMS, click on the "Resend text message" option or if the phone number displayed on the screen is not correct, click on the "change phone number" option.
3. You will receive a 6-digit SMS verification code (sender name may vary).
4. After entering the code received by SMS, click on "Verify", as shown in the image.
Next, a brief message will be presented mentioning that the phone has been verified, and the "Phone Number Verification" option will no longer be visible in the "My Account" option
Ready! Your phone has been verified!
Common Errors and How to Resolve:
- Missing area code: Enter the full number, including your region code (e.g., 11, 21, 31).
- Code not received:
- Confirm that the number is correct.
- Make sure your phone line is active and has a signal.
- Wait a few minutes and request a new code.
I entered the wrong number: On the verification screen, click "Edit number" to correct and try again.
