Creating and activating your account on our platform is quick and simple. Follow the steps below to make sure everything works properly:

Stage 1: Registration

  1. Go to the registration page: click " Register" on the website or app.
  2. Fill in the requested data. Keep in mind that:
    • Only one valid CPF can be used, and only one account per CPF is allowed.
    • The date of birth is important to ensure that you are of legal age and meet the legal requirements.
    • Provide a valid email: Please review carefully to avoid typos, as you will need it to activate your account.
  3. Complete the registration: finish by filling in the requested information.

Step 2: Account Activation

After completing the registration, you will receive an email with the account activation link. Click on the activation link to validate your account.

⚠️ If you do not activate your account, you will not be able to use it to access our services.

Tips to make sure the activation email reaches you

  • Check your spam or junk folder: the email may have been redirected there.
  • Review the registered email address: typos are common, such as forgetting letters or typing incorrect domains (e.g., gmail.com).
  • Request the reshipment of the link:
    • Go to the login screen.
    • Enter the email used to register.
    • Click on the "Resend activation link" option.
