How do I update my home address?
Changing your home address requires contacting support and sending a receipt. Follow these steps:
- Contact customer support.
- Submit an updated proof of residency on behalf of the account holder, such as:
- Electricity, water or telephone bill.
- Official bank document.
- Make sure the voucher clearly shows:
- The new address.
- The name of the holder.
- The CPF.

How do I update my email?
To change your email, please contact support and submit the following documents:
- Photo of the identity document (RG, CNH, passport).
- A selfie holding the identity document.
- The new email you want to register.
Once the documents are validated, the email will be updated.
How do I change my full name?
Changes to the full name are only allowed in specific cases, such as:
- Name change by marriage, divorce or court decision.
To request the change:
- Contact support.
- Submit documentation proving the change, such as:
- Marriage or divorce certificate.
- Judicial decision.
