My deposit has not yet been credited. What should I do?

If the balance has not been credited after depositing, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Check the payment status in the bank's app.
    • Confirm that the payment has been completed successfully.
    • Make sure the QR Code or Pix has been paid before it expires.
  2. Check out possible problems:
    • Instabilities in the banking system can cause delays.
  3. Contact support:
    • If the deposit is not credited after a few hours, please contact our support team.
    • Have proof of payment and information on the account used to carry out the transaction ready.

Note: Unconfirmed deposits due to QR Code payment error will need to be redone by generating a new code on the platform.
