If you need to update the phone number associated with your account, the process is simple and can be done directly on the platform. Check out the steps below:
- Go to your account's main menu.
- Go to Settings > Change Phone Number.
- Perform facial recognition to confirm your identity.
- Enter the new phone number, including the DDD (full format, such as 11 91234-5678).
- You will receive a code by SMS at the number provided. Enter the code to complete the change.
Important tips for receiving the SMS
- Make sure that the number entered is correct and with the area code.
- Make sure your phone has a signal and is turned on to receive text messages.
- If you don't receive the text, try:
- Click on Resend SMS/Code
- Check your inbox.
- Restart the device.
- Make sure there's enough space on your phone to receive new messages.
