Why can't I make a deposit?

If you are unable to make a deposit, the most common reasons may be:

  1. Unverified account: To access the deposit functionality, one needs to complete identity and phone verification.
  2. Valid bank account: Make sure the account is valid. It is important to check if this bank account is associated with your CPF.
  3. Pix payment error: Make sure to pay the QR Code before it is due. If it has expired, generate a new one on the platform.
  4. Instabilities in the banking system: Temporary problems with banks can affect payment completion.
  5. You have set a deposit limit: Check that you have set a deposit limit (in the Responsible Gaming tab) and this limit has already been reached within the set period.

Quick Solutions:

  • Confirm that your account is verified.
  • Confirm if you are depositing through a bank account connected with your CPF.
  • Check if the chosen amount is within the limits.

Check the payment status in your bank's app.
