How to make a withdrawal?

To make a withdrawal on our platform, follow these step-by-steps:

  1. Log in to your account on the platform.
  2. From the main menu, click on "Withdrawal".
  3. Choose the amount you want to withdraw, respecting the minimum and maximum limits allowed.
  4. Select one of the previously registered bank accounts.
  5. Complete facial recognition to confirm the transaction.
    • Facial recognition is a security measure to protect your account.

You can track the status of your request under "Payment History".

Keep in mind that withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts registered on the platform and in your name.
